The Community Programs Division (CPD) of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) intimidates elderly Tennessee citizens with threats of violence and other coercive methods if these impoverished elderly citizens do not comply with the demands of the CPD. Besides this, the CPD engages in myriad questionable practices that need to be uncloaked. I have been a newspaper reporter since the 1990s along with being a professor at the University of Tennessee. The ones that are being hurt the most by this is the ones that love the most. I feel sorry for Adra's 2 smallest boys and the one that is handicapped. From what I have seen and the way she is acting she could care less about those children. Adra can try to put the blame on who ever she would like but the only one to blame looks her in the mirror each time she looks in it. Adra you are the one that has done this to your children and no one else. I pray to the good lord above that some day some how that you get the help you really need to be a true mother. You have always put your children off on someone else to take care of. The only thing anyone was to look and see. Your mother and dad took care of your 4 oldest ones and then other family members took care of your twin girls and their brother. Then these 2 smallest ones you ran off and left them. I feel so sorry for these children they are suffering more than anyone.
